Salon Arrivals
Please arrive 10 min before your
reserved appointment to ensure plenty of time to change
and relax.
Spa Arrivals
Please arrive 15 min prior to your
reserved appointment. We provide you with a robe, slippers
and a key to your own personal locker. You are also welcome
to relax in the co-ed retreat lounge before and after your
treatments and enjoy the complimentary snacks, beverages
or some wellness reading material for as long as you like.

however...
In the salon
- we ask that you do not leave your
child unattended at any time during your visit. This is
for the safety of your child as well as maintaining a relaxing
atmosphere for other guests.
In the spa
- This is your time to escape and
relax. Please make arrangements for child care during your
treatments.
Late For Your
Date?
Time is precious, and we are committed
to offering all of our guests a reliable time table. If
you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, you may
be asked to reschedule or offered a shortened service, so
we may serve each and every guest promptly. |
Comfort Zone
During treatments, your body will be
draped in sheets or towels to ensure your privacy. However,
because your relaxation and enjoyment is our number one priority,
please feel free to leave on more clothing if it makes you more
comfortable.
Group Booking Laser Services or
Spa Packages
Group Laser or Spa packages require a gift
card or credit card to guarantee the reservation and are considered
payment in advance. Cards are subject to being charged for appointments
cancelled without 48hrs notice. 24 hours notice for any cancellation of Laser Services.
Good Health and Wellness
Please be courteous by cancelling your
appointment if you have any communicable diseases such as a cold,
flu, cold sores, athletes foot or other skin conditions, etc.
This is for the protection of the technicians performing the sevice
as well as our other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Methods of Payment
We accept cash, debit, MasterCard, Visa,
American Express, Midtown Mall certificates and our own 'Angles Gift Cards'.
Returns and Exchanges
You may receive a refund/exchange for
the purchase price within 14 days from date of purchase for any
unused products with a receipt. Equipment, if unopened, may be
exchanged only. Please refer to manufacturer's warranty. Make-up,
skin, and body products are unable to be returned and/or exchanged.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, but may be transferred
or extended.
Gratuities and Referrals
The price for our services and treatments
do not include gratuities. These are left to your discretion.
As far as referrals are concerned... Our best reward is your personal
recommendation.

on each and every visit. If your experience has been disappointing
in any way, please inform us within 48 hrs. We promise to work
with you until you are completely satisfied.
